Cause
This error is related to environment variable or DNS or
/etc/hosts file which you have mentioned wrong or forget to set before
execution.
check environment variables for below :
$ORACLE_HOME
$ORACLE_BASE
$ORACLE_SID
hostfile :
/etc/hosts
Solution
Fixed the correct environment variable and retry
or
Add the hostname in /etc/hosts
or route this server to DNS.
